comfortable room good location nice bathroom unmade bed tea bag faulty ac
my room was great and very comfortable. i found the location good for getting to the station. the room included a nice bathroom.
the beds were not remade on the first night and it was difficult to talk with the cleaner. past day 2, they did not refill the tea bags. the ac kept turning off leaving me in a hot room overnight.

big room comfortable bed uncleaned room lack of vacuuming
the room was sufficiently big for three adults. the beds were also comfortable. i found the location convenient because it was close to the etihad stadium.
i found that the room was not cleaned the next day. i had placed the sticker for cleaning on the door, but the cleaning staff did not vacuum or remove the balloons.

helpful staff extensive breakfast nice seating area inadequate air conditioning missing toiletries
The location was GREAT, it made accessing different parts of the city quite easy. The staff were very helpful and always available. The breakfast was extensive with a variety of options available. The room included a nice seating area.
The air conditioning in my superior double room seemed to have issues, it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. Housekeeping missed replenishing some of the toiletries. It disrupted the peace.

good stay near piccadilly
friendly staff convenient location buffet choice
the breakfast offered a good choice of buffet items. staff members were very friendly and accommodating. the hotel's location proved quite convenient, especially for accessing the piccadilly area. the presence of complimentary toiletries added a nice touch.
i found that the air conditioning system was somewhat ineffective, resulting in a slightly warm room throughout the night.
